We have our own fields, we independently prepare fodder for cows of our dairy complex. For them - only a balanced diet. And we have cool and modern partners - farms, only automated! What it means? From the milking parlor, the milk enters the refrigerator through the pipeline without any contact with the environment. In a milk tank, the milk is cooled to 4 degrees Celsius to preserve all its useful properties. And from there a special milk truck comes to our plant. No dirty hands or contact with air! In general! This is fundamental for us!

In our laboratories we check milk for everything: fat, acidity, casein, protein, antibiotics, inhibitors, microbiological indicators. And that's just part of it! Only after all these tests do we take the milk, be sure to separate and pasteurize. Why all this? To destroy pathogenic microorganisms. And then we make BILOproducts!

We fully control each stage of dairy production: from milk collection to delivery of finished goods on supermarket shelves. My favorite - we taste each batch of BILOproducts in person. And we get a gastronomic buzz. Just a dream, not a job!
